CEO I Founder

As a licensed Real Estate Broker and Serial Entrepreneur, Laura Doughty has grown her business to working with over 4,000 clients generating over $6 Billion in sales.

She's a lover of all things travel, culture and all the flavors the world has to offer. In addition to real estate and coaching, she worked with Aveda and launched a private salon and spa and organic skin care line in Malibu. She runs a 501(c)3 non-profit for her childhood hometown of Mayfield, KY, empowering young girls. She's completed 7 marathons with more to come in the future.

With both her parents being entrepreneurs, Laura says, "It was a dream of mine to build a life where I was in charge and had financial freedom! So in the Spring of 2001, after a successful corporate career, I started to pave the way to leave my comfort zone of the South where I grew up and headed to California to make my dreams a reality. Through pursuing my passions with relentless tenacity, I grew multiple businesses in real estate and the wellness sector, as well as, my coaching programs." Laura now spreads her time between New York, Kentucky and California. And, if you meet her in person, you'll probably meet her English Bulldog, Daisy Grace and she's recently attracted Miss Jasmine Leo, her black hair, green-eyed cat - aka her first loves. Aneela Zaman is a multi-talented entrepreneur. Before devoting herself to the real estate and the beauty business, Aneela was traveling the world at the age of 23 as a makeup artist working with large advertising agencies, models, tv personalities and film celebrities. She then went on to have a successful career in the luxury real estate in prestige Beverly Hills and simultaneously dedicated her relationships skills as a client liaison for Kelleher International an elite and professional matchmaking firm.

Aneela grew up in Toronto and moved to Los Angeles in her late twenties for love. Aneela first novel "Goodbye Isn’t Goodbye," is a powerful and heartfelt story based on Aneela’s real-life experience of love and loss. She is sincerely passionate about helping people. Aneela hopes that her beautiful yet tragic journey of friendship turned to romance inspires others to face life’s greatest challenges with strength and courage. Aneela is a hopeless romantic! Her story encourages others to always have hope and to never give up.

In her “spare time,” Aneela enjoys yoga and petting four-legged animals. Her family and friends keep her smiling and happy.
